Community of Practice
A curated community of leaders who gather each month to practice the inner and relational capacities that will enhance trust, collaboration, and impact in their teams, organizations, and life.
The invitation
“Someday, after mastering the winds, the waves, the tides and gravity, we shall harness for God the energies of love, and then, for a second time in the history of the world, we will have discovered fire.”
We are in a time between worlds. I believe one of the greatest resources we can cultivate for ourselves is a community of people dedicated to their growth in service of harnessing the energies of love. Energies, I believe, that are deeply entwined with our ability to collaborate across differences. This community is meant to be a haven for your growth and leadership, so that you may be a haven for others in the world.
What we do
We meet once a month for 90 minutes on Zoom. Each gathering opens with a meditation, then followed by a short teaching that frames the rest of the time for doing the actual work: practicing a fundamental skill together, in real time. This is not a place to consume more content. It is a place to practice.
Given the emphasis on practice, we do inner work in the company of others rather than alone. Live coaching is offered and observed, so we learn from real moments as they unfold. It is a space designed to support vulnerability, empathy, curiosity, and play.
Who it’s for
This circle is for people I have worked with. Membership is open to current and former clients, whether we came together one to one, with your team, or on retreat. And, everyone still applies. It is for leaders who understand that their own development and flourishing is among the greatest gifts they bring to the work they serve. It speaks to those drawn to a contemplative or spiritual dimension of life, including Zen, and all are willing to do inner work in the presence of others.
Reflections
Reflections from leaders who have been through the intensive work this community grows out out of:

“After mornings in deep meditation, our afternoon conversations carried a quality of presence I have rarely experienced in any learning environment. Gabriel's practices and facilitation created accessible pathways into profound questions: the difference between acting from ego and acting from awareness. I left with a clearer sense of how to bring awareness into leadership, relationships, and everyday decisions, especially amid conflict and polarization. I want to keep returning to this group and these questions.”
