Where insight becomes practice, and practice becomes how your team operates. I embed with your team for six months: real-time coaching in your meetings, observational feedback, advanced workshops, quarterly offsites, and 1:1 coaching for key leaders. For teams ready for the deepest shifts.
For larger or multi-team engagements, I bring in trusted co-creators I have worked alongside for years.
The Diagnostic fee is credited in full against an Offsite or Embedded Coaching booked within 90 days.
