Andy Cahill | Collaborator

Andy is a leadership coach, facilitator, and longtime collaborator, currently an Executive Coach at the MIT Sloan School of Management and Senior Coach and Advisor at KONU. He has worked with more than three hundred executives one to one and delivered over two thousand hours of coaching, training, and facilitation, helping leaders build bold, adaptive cultures that retain talent, innovate at scale, and make a real difference. His clients span Fortune 500 companies, global NGOs, top universities, and social-impact and technology startups.

He holds a master's in leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, with a focus on Adaptive Leadership, and is a Professionally Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Level 2 Internal Family Systems practitioner, and a professional-level coach with Integral Coaching Canada. He has practiced meditation and functional movement since 2007 and is a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher. Andy also hosts the Wonder Dome podcast, exploring philosophy, psychology, science, creativity, spirituality, and leadership, and is the author of the science-fiction novel Gradient.
